Resort Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of room reservations at ALDIVE (the “resort”). By making a reservation at our resort, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation or for certain special offers, the following standard cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation Deadline: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in time 2:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline or fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date (a “no-show”), you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100 percentage of the total booking cost.
2. Special Offers and Packages
Please note that certain special offers, packages, or promotional rates may have different cancellation policies. These policies will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will supersede the standard cancellation policy. We strongly advise you to carefully review the cancellation terms associated with any special offer before confirming your reservation.
3. Group Bookings
Reservations involving 3 or more rooms may be subject to a different cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you separately in the group booking agreement.
4. How to Cancel Your Reservation
To cancel your reservation, you must notify the resort in writing via email or through the online booking platform used to make the reservation. Please include your booking confirmation number and the name under which the reservation was made.

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received and confirmed by the resort.
5. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund according to this Cancellation Policy, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed by the resort. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, where possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Modifications to Reservations
Requests to modify reservations (e.g., changes to dates, room type) are subject to availability and may be subject to different rates or fees. Please contact the resort directly to inquire about modifications.
7. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy as a result of events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, 1 or government regulations. In such cases, the resort will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
